At SeneWear, we want you to love your purchase — because luxury should feel personal and confident. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

Returns for Store Credit

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original hang tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, fragrance, or damage

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Items purchased with discounts over 25%

  • Custom or made-to-measure orders

Refund Method

  • Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase — no expiration date

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@senewear.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable service for your peace of mind
