Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended — we’ll always keep you informed!

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide!
International shipping costs are calculated by package weight and destination at checkout.
Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, SeneWear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the carrier directly or email us at info@senewear.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.
